Jaime Baize

Mrs. Baize has devoted 24 years to working in education and is now in her second year as proud principal of Homosassa Elementary. Her elementary experience includes teaching kindergarten, third, and fifth grades, serving as a Title 1 Interventionist, and working as an Assistant Principal—experiences that have shaped how she supports and inspires both students and staff every day.

At the heart of Mrs. Baize’s leadership is a deep respect for the Homosassa community. She believes that strong partnerships with families are essential to building an environment that empowers children to reach their full potential. Honored to lead as a Dolphin, Mrs. Baize finds joy in working alongside a staff and community that stand firmly behind its school, showing up each day to encourage, guide, and celebrate students as they grow.
