Patriot Day

Red, White, and Blue filled our hallways on Patriot Day. We started the day with a moment of silence in remembrance of 9/11. Thank you to all our students and staff for showing your patriotism.

Standards Spotlight

For this week's Collaborative Planning, please preview your upcoming standards so we can maximize our time developing essential questions and higher order thinking questions as well as discussing activating strategies and formative assessments.

Staff Shout-Outs!
As we receive Staff Shout-Outs, we will be sharing them in our newsletter and then "mailing" them to you. We are starting this process and if it is successful, we will extend our "Dolphin Delivery" so students can write to other students. Your address is located on the clear box outside your door.
Thanks, Mrs. Brown, for being our Delivery Dolphin!

4th Grade Team - You received shout outs from students this week. They wrote, "I want to give Mr. C this positive referral because he lets us play Blookets and math memory games. Mr. C is nice to us just like Mrs. Kempton and Mrs. Manz. They are all the best teachers!! From Gauge S.

To Mrs. Manz - To the best 4th grade teacher, you help me read when I need help. Thank you for always being there for me everyday. I love your class so much. Your class is the best and I love reading so much. From Gia.

To Ms. Hayes - She is nice and lets us have food on Friday. From Anakyn and Zoey.

Our School Website

Your support and patriotism this past week were truly remarkable. It was a challenging and reflective time as we honored Patriot Day and mourned the passing of Deputy Lahera, but the way our school community came together to show kindness and support for one another is what makes this place so special.
Thank you for your unwavering dedication to our students and to each other, whether in times of celebration or challenge.
I'm also so grateful for the meaningful one-on-one meetings I've had with many of you at the start of the year. It's been a genuine pleasure to connect with you, discuss last year's data, complete 24-25 evaluations, discuss this year's data source, and share some self-reflection time.
As always, please know that we are here to support you as we work together to ensure
every student succeeds.

Love, Jaime and Mindy
